ORDINANCE NO. 130
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 322 ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC AND CARE OF VEHICLES AND ANIMALS ON
AND OVER THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY OF GILROY, PRESCRIBING A
PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION HEREOF, AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 291 AND ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH".
The Mayor and Common Council oc the City of Gilroy do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 10 of Ordinance 322 of the
City of Gilroy, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation
or the agent of any person, firm or corporation to park and exhibit
for sale any automobile or auto propelled vehicle in any place between
curb li-nes on Monterey Street in the City of Gilroy, between the
Northerly line of Eighth Street and the Southerly line of Second
street, or Old Gilroy Street between Monterey Street and Railroad Street.
Section 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and parroval.
