ORDINANOE NO.
VEHIOLES UPON THE PUBLIO STREETS OF THE C I'l'Y OJ!' GILROY
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINliNOES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
OONFLIOT HEREWITH.
The Mayor and Oommon Council of the Oity of Gilroy
do ordain as follows:
Section I. That Section 32 of Article V of Ordinance
No. J5.S' regulating traffic and car~ of vehicles upon the
public streets of the Oity of Gilroy, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
section 32. Parking Time Limited in S}:e cified Places.
The operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle for
longer than two (2) hours on any Arterial Street in any
business district between the hours of 7 ~. M. and 6 P. M.
of any day, except Sunday and subject to the special res-
trictions imposed by Sections 30 and 31.
Signs shall be erected and maintained not more than
two hundred (200) feet apart in each block designating the
provisions of this section.
Section 2. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances,
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Penalty. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of 8
misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished
by a fine not exceeding One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, or by
imprisonment in the City Prison not exceeding thirty (30)
days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Section 4. In Effect. This Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and
