AMENDMENT NO.2
This Amendment shall become effective when it has been signed by the City Administrator, Project Manager,
and Consultant. All copies forwarded to Consultant for signature shall be returned to the City of Gilroy
properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Consultant's copy will be returned to him as his authority
to proceed with the work.
Proposed Services
. Perform topography and planimetric survey of the pro~osed parking lot areas per the Gilroy Civic Master
Plan (Rosanna Street parking lot and parking lot on 61 Street and Dowdy Street) including but not limited
to existing parking lot, roads, curb, gutter, sidewalk, buildings, and the adjoining infrastructure (including
visable sewer, water, tanks, storm drain, etc.), trees and found monumentation.
. Prepare a topographic map for parking lot design
. Earth System Pacific R-value testing and pavement section recommendations for conventional paving.
These services are to be completed on a time and material basis not to exceed $8,750.
This Amendment extends the term of the Agreement for Services between the City of Gilroy and Hanna
& Brunetti, dated June 17, 2009 to May 31, 2010.
All requirements of the original Agreement Documents shall apply to the above work except as specifically
modified by this Amendment. The contract time shall not extend unless expressly provided for in this
Amendment.
Hanna & Brunetti hereby agrees to make the above changes subject to the terms of this Amendment for
ongoing acquisition/relocation services.
