By motion of Chesbro, seconded by Johnson the fOllowing resolu-
tion was adopted, viz.
~ W~EREAS, the property owners owping a majority of the frontage on
certain st~eets have petitionea the Common Council to order the same
paved with a style 01' pavement to be selected by the Common Council,
