Resolution 1976-60 .. . . RESOLUTION NO. 76-60 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY CONVEYING PROPERTY TOMAR-RANCH CORPORATION AND WESTERN FARMS INVESTMENT COMPANY. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Gilroy are hereby authorized to execute two (2) Quit Claim deeds to Mar-Ranch Corporation, a California Corporation and two (2) Quit Claim deeds to Western Farms Investment Company, an Arizona Corpora- tion, conveying to the Grantees those rights of ways, easements and rights described in the Deed from John Milne, et ux, recor- ded May 26, 1954 in Book 2881 Official Records of Santa Clara County at page 491, and reserved in the Deed to K.S.K. Buick and Donald McKenzie recorded March 21, 1871, in Book 21 of Deeds at page 165; PROVIDED, that there shall be reserved to the City of Gilroy a forty (40) foot easement for installation and maint- enance of an underground waterline, the centerline of which shall be the northerly and easterly boundary of Burchell Road.
