Resolution 1244 RESOLUTION NO. 1244 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROf AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGARDING A POPULA- TlON ESTlMATE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Gilroy, an Agreement with the State Department of Finance re- garding a population estimate in the form on file in the office of the City Clerk.
