Resolution 1092 RESOLUTION NO. 1092 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF GILROY FIXING TIME AND PIACE FOR HEARING OF REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE PIANNING COMMISSION ON ITS PROPOSAL TO WIDEN THE PIAN LINES OF THAT PART OF CHURCH STREET NORTH OF WELBURN AVENUE TO A POINT CF INTERSECTION WITH THE CENTERLINE OF CARLYLE AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the 3rd day of April, 1967, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy upon its proposal that the Official Plan Lines for that part hereinafter specifically described of the northerly extension of Church Street lying north of the centerline of Welburn Avenue be changed so that the easterly and westerly Plan Lines for that portion of said street will be at a uniform distance of 43 feet east and west respectively from the center- line of said street which said centerline is described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center- line of Welburn Avenue with the centerline of Church Street as shown on that certainnap filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, California, in Book 3 of Official Plan Line Maps at page 8 therein, Thence in a northerly direction on the centerline of Church Street as shown on said map to the point of intersection withfue centerline of Carlyle Avenue 125 feet more or less north of the centerline of Liman Avenue as sh()ln on said map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that notice of the said hearing be given in the manner and for the period required by the said Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy.
