Resolution 907 -~'" '".~--~- -" 'll'l\l'"""~"""",,,,,,,,,*,,,,,,,,,,,,,'-'-"'>""~._"''''.'if''_' RESOLUTION NO. ~ RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION UPON SAID COMMISSION'S PROPOSAL TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY BY REMOVING FROM SEC. 32.1 AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATIONS AS A PERMITTED USE IN A Cl DISTRICT, AND INCLUDING AUTOMO~ BILE SERVICE STATIONS IN SEC. 32.2 OF SAID CODE AS A USE FOR WHICH A CONDITIONAL USE PERM_IT IS REQUIRED. BE IT RESOLVED that the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission of the city of Gilroy upon its proposal to amend the zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy by removing from Sec. 32.1, subdivision (a), Automobile Service Stations as a use permitted in Cl Districts, and amending Sec. 32.2 by including Automobile service stations as a conditional use in a Cl District, through an amendment to Sec. 32.2 establishing an additional subdivision to be known as subdivision (c), listing Automobile service Stations, be set for hearing before the Council of the City of Gilroy on Monday, the ~Dth day of April, 1965, at the hour of 8 o'clock, p.m., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at NO. 10 south Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the said hearing be given in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the city of Gilroy and the laws of the state of California.
