RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING OF THE REPORT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF SAID
CITY UPON THE APPLICATION TO REZONE PREMISES CONSTI-
;TUTING THE FOURTH SOUTHERN ADDITION OF THE CITY OF
GILROY FROM Rl DISTRICT TO M2 DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the report and
recommendation of the Planning Commission upon the application
to rezone premises constituting the Fourth Southern Addition of
the City of Gilroy from Rl District to M2 District, be set for
hearing before the Council of said City on the ~ day of _~__,
1965, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, p.m., in the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said hearing be given
as required by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy and the
laws of the State of California, and other ordinances of the City
of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1965, by the
following vote:
