RESOLUTION NO. 676
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF LAND BY
PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR
EASEMENT PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of
Gilroy does hereby accept the attached conveyance of an
easement for a sanitary sewer pipe line, executed by
the Pacific Gas and Electric Company dated March 5,
1962, and consents to its recordation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1962,
by the following vote:
