Resolution 1982- 55 -- .-....,;.,. . . ~ ~ RESOLUTION NO. 82-55 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING RESOLUTION 80-65 SO AS TO ESTABLISH REVISED CHARGES FOR CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMITS WHEREAS, the Police Chief has recommended the following amendment to Resolution 80-65 to comply with state law; BE IT RESOLVED, that actual costs up to the maximum allowed by the state be collected for each concealed weapon permit. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other charges set forth in Resolution 80-65 are hereby reaffirmed.
