RESOLUTION NO. 83-62
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITYt!
GILROY APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR 7
RESIDENTIAL LOTS ON 32.3 ACRES ON THE ST
SIDE OF SANTA TERESA BOULEVARD, 2000 FEET
NORTH OF MANTELLI DRIVE
WHEREAS, application TM 83-3 has been made by
REGENCY MONARCH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY to the Planning Commission
for approval of a tentative map for 1f7 residential lots on
32.3 acres on the west side of Santa Teresa Boulevard, 2000
feet north of Mantelli Drive.
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission
has passed Resolution No. 83-28 in which it recommends approval
of the tentative map subject to twenty conditions. and
WHEREAS, the Council has approved an Environmental
Impact Report under the California Environmental Quality Act
on March 1, 1982 and has held a public hearing on the application
and has considered the Planning Commission recommendation and
the evidence presented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Gilroy that:
1. The Environmental Impact Report of March 1. 1982,
was certified as having met all the requirements of the
California Environmental Quality Act.
2. The tentative map is approved subject to the twenty
conditions set forth by the Planning Commission in its
Resolution No. 83-28.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 1983. by
the following vote:
