Resolution 1984-11 '" ", . . - ! RESOLUTION NO. 84-11 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING ARTERIAL STOPS ON NINTH AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH EIGLEBERRY STREET. ON AYER STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH SANTA PAULA STREET ON ROSANNA STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH FOURTH STREET AND ON DOWDY STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH FOURTH STREET Upon recommendation by the Acting Director of Public Works of the City of Gilroy, and good cause appearing therefor, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY that: (1) Ninth Street shall be an arterial stop street at its intersection with Eigleberry Street ,. (2) Ayer Street shall be an arterial stop street at its intersection with Santa Paula Street. (3) Rosanna Street shall be an arterial stop street at its intersection with Fourth Street, and (4) Dowdy Street shall be an arterial stop street at its intersection with Fourth Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install arterial stop signs stopping traffic as set forth at said intersections: PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February. 1984, by the following vote: NOES: ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: ALBERT.
