Resolution 1985-77 . . RESOLUTION NO. 85--11-____ A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES OF REGISTRAR, TRANSFER AGENT AND PAYING AGENT LAS ANIMAS TECHNOLOGY PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT REASSESSMENT AND REFUNDING RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy (the "City"), California, that the certain agreement by and between City and Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association ("Bank"), a national banking association, relating to Bank's services as agent to register, transfer and pay bonds to be issued in proceedings related to the Las Animas Technology Park Assessment District, Reassessment and Refunding, of the City be, and it is hereby, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement and that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest the Mayor's signature to said agreement and to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City. * * * * * I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of November, 1985, by the following vote of the members thereof: AYES, and in favor, thereof, Councilmembers: GAGE, KLOECKER, MUS- SALLEM, PATE, VALDEZ and HUGHAN.
