RESOLUTION NO. 86-53 RESOLUTION ORDERING SALE OF BONDS OBATA INDUSTRIAL PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT REASSESSMENT AND REFUNDING, SERIES 86-1 The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves: The City Council accepts the offer of Wulff, Hansen & Co., Inc. (attached to this resolution and by reference incorporated in it), to purchase all of the refunding bonds to be issued in Obata Industrial Park Assessment District Reassessment and Refunding, Series 86-1. The City Council directs the sale and delivery of the bonds to the offeror in accordance with the terms and conditions '~tated in the offer. * * * I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 18th day of August, 1986.
