Resolution 1988-70 . . '- RESOLUTION NO. 88-70 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY RECOMMENDING MODIFICATION OF THE URBAN SERVICE AREA OF THE CITY OF GILROY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning Commission and staff has recommended modification of the Urban Service Area by inclusion of a request as to 46.5 acres east of Miller Avenue and north of Santa Teresa Boulevard, and WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the Council concurs with approving the request recommended for inclusion, and good cause appearing therefor, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy approves and recommends for inclusion into the Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy the 46.5 acre parcel described as portions of Assessor's Parcel Nos. 808-19-003 and 004, and 808-20-0ll.
