Resolution 1989-47 ~ . RESOLUTION NO. 89-47 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING THE 1990 MULTIHAZARD FUNCTIONAL PLANNING GUIDANCE WHEREAS, after study and consultation with all departments, staff has prepared and recommended adoption of the 1990 Multihazard Functional Planning Guidance for the City of Gilroy, and good cause appearing therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy approves the 1990 Multihazard Functional Planning Guidance, copies of which are on file with the City Clerk, City Administrator and all Department Heads, consisting of Letter of Promulgation, Demography, Table of Contents, Forward, a Part One consisting of the Basic Plan with 5 enclosures and Appendices 1 through 5, a Part Two consisting of Annexes A through K and Part Three consisting of Operational Data and Annexes A through N, and adopts the same to define emergency procedures in the City of Gilroy.
