RESOLUTION NO. 89-48
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY TO AUTHORIZE THOSE APPOINTED
MEMBERS OF THE CITY OF GILROY DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO
CONDUCT FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ON BEHALF OF THAT PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the following
members of the Deferred Compensation Plan Advisory Committee be and they are
authorized to conduct financial transactions on behalf of the Plan.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1989, by the following vote:
