RESOLUTION NO. 90-6
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, after study and public hearing, the
Planning Staff and Planning Commission have recommended
amendments to the General Plan for the City of Gilroy
and of the General Plan Map, and
\tJHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendments set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
the City of Gilroy approves the following amendments to the
General Plan and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of GILROY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT,
GPA 89-5, for a General Plan change from P/PF
(Park/Public Facility) to LDR (Low Density Residential)
and LDR (Low Density Residential) to P/PF (Park/Public
Facility) on 13 acres, being APN 783-21-14 and -36 (por)
on Calle del Rey south of Longmeadow Drive.
PASSED AtID ADOPTED this 16th day of January 1990, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILHEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER, NELSON,
VALDEZ and HUGHAN
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: MUSSALLEM
