Resolution 1990-29 . . .. 'f;. ~-. _ RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 29 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY NAMING A NEW PRIVATE STREET "BEARCAT COURT". Upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works, and good cause appearing therefor: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY: That the new private street extending north from Stutz Way, east of South Chestnut Street, shall be named BEARCAT COURT. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Official Map of the City of Gilroy be amended accordingly. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May 1990, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER, MUSSALLEM, NELSON, VALDEZ and HUGHAN.
