RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 62
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY COMMENDING SERVICES OF
NORMA WIEDEMAN
SECRETARY
UPON HER RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, Norma Wiedeman, Secretary has served the City of Gilroy
exceedingly well in the Parks and Recreation Department for nearly two decades; and
WHEREAS, Norma Wiedeman has declared to retire from the City of Gilroy on
November 7, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Norma Wiedeman has faithfully served the City as
Secretary since December 8, 1971; and
WHEREAS, during her employment with the City she always performed her
duties conscientiously, honestly and with the best interests of the City of Gilroy;
and
WHEREAS, Norma Wiedeman has always been a helpful and willing employee;
and
WHEREAS, the Gilroy City Council desires to take this opportunity to
commend Norma Wiedeman's outstanding, conscientious, dedicated, loyal service to
the City of Gilroy; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Gilroy City Council does hereby
commend and honor Norma Wiedeman for her conscientious and faithful service during
her tenure with the City of Gilroy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we do hereby extend our best wishes to Norma
Wiedeman and her family for continued success and happiness.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1990 by the following vote:
