Resolution 1990-67 . . RESOLUTION NO. 90-67 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY RECOMMENDING MODIFICATION OF THE URBAN SERVICE AREA OF THE CITY OF GILROY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning Commission has recommended modification of the Urban Service Area by inclusion of two requests as to 875.4 acres southwest of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Hecker Pass Highway, and WHEREAS, after further study and hearings, the City Council concurs with approving the two requests recommended and three additional requests for inclusion, and good cause appearing therefor, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy approves and recommends for inclusion into the Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy the following five parcels totalling 954.3 acres: 1.) The 2.76 acre parcel described as Assessor's Parcel No. 835-14-40. 2.) The 58.1 acre parcel described as Assessor's Parcel No. 783-76-20. 3.) The 22.4 acre parcel described as Assessor's Parcel No. 810-21-06. 4.) The 18.1 acre parcel described as Assessor's Parcel No. 790-6-11, 12, 13 and 24. 5.) The 853 acre parcel consisting of the Assessor's Parcel Numbers listed on Exhibit A. . .
