Resolution 1990-72 J:.~ ........ - - . . ~ ..I RESOLUTION NO. 90-72 RESOLUTION RESCINDNG RESOLUTION NO. 90-57 AND APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP COUNTRY ESTATES - PHASE I ASSESSMENT DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves: On August 20, 1990, this Council adopted Resolution No. 90- 57 approving a map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Country Estates - Phase I Assessment District, City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, CA." This Council hereby rescinds Resolution No. 90-57. A revised map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Country Estates - Phase I Assessment District, City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, CA." has been filed with the City Clerk. This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory included in a proposed assessment district to be known as Country Estates - Phase I Assessment District, City of Gilroy, Santa Clara County, California. This Council finds that the map is in the form and contains the matters prescribed by section 3110 of the California Streets and Highways Code. This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the adoption of this resolution on the face of the map, and to file a copy of the map with the County Recorder for placement in the Book of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts. * * * RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 72 !-...........- ...... . . ~ ...
