RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 50 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING TWO- WAY STOPS AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: 1. On Eagle Hills Way at the intersection of Eagle Hills Way and Quail Walk Drive 2. On Carmel Street at the intersection of Carmel Street and Seventh Street 3. On Dowdy Street at the intersection of Dowdy Street and Seventh Street. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has studied traffic conditions at the intersection of Eagle Hills Way and Quail Walk Drive, Carmel Street and Seventh Street, Dowdy Street and Seventh Street, and determined that traffic flow and conditions warrant the installation of two-way stops on Eagle Hills Way, Carmel Street and Dowdy Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install two-way stops at the following locations: 1. On Eagle Hills Way at the intersection of Eagle Hills Way and Quail Walk Drive 2. On Carmel Street at the intersection of Carmel Street and Seventh Street 3. On Dowdy Street at the intersection of Dowdy Street and Seventh Street. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1992 by the following vote: NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, HALE, KLOECKER, NELSON, ROWLISON, VALDEZ and GAGE.
