Resolution 1992-52 .... ,-- . . ./ RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 52 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADJUSTING SEWER DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code Section 21.52 the City Council does hereby establish the following fees for sewer development to become effective immediately. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT 3. Sewer Development Fees (Offsite): a. Residential: Single Family $2,186.00/dwelling unit Duplex $3,300.00 Triplex $4,950.00 Apartments (4 or more) $1,650.00/dwelling unit b. Mobile Home Park $1,897.00/space c. Commercial/Industrial/Motels/Hotels $ 825.00per 100 gals/day or $2,186.00, whichever is greater d. Additional Allocation for Existing Service - 25% of sewer development fee PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, HALE, KLOECKER, NELSON, ROWLISON, VALDEZ and GAGE.
