RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 69 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL TO DIRECT AND CONTROL TRAFFIC AND ENFORCE TRAFFIC LAWS WITHIN THE GILROY CITY LIMITS ON AUGUST 29TH AND 30TH 1992. WHEREAS, upon request of the Hispanic Cultural Festival Committee and in order to contract for California Highway Patrol traffic control services during the Hispanic Cultural Festival. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gilroy does hereby authorize the California Highway Patrol to direct and control traffic and enforce traffic laws within the Gilroy City Limits on August 29th and 30, 1992 during the Hispanic Cultural Festival. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1992, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY.
