RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 74
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ESTABLISHING AMENDED FLAT RATES
FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE, SPECIFICALLY
GILROY FOODS INC., GILROY FOODS CORP. AND
GAVlLAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, The City
Council does hereby amend Resolution 94-53, adopted June 20, 1994, Monthly charge
for other flat rate users and Appendix A, Flat rate users methodology, to become
effective this date:
