Resolution 1995-13 . RESOLUTION NO. 95~13 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS lV1AINTENANCE DISTRICT NO.2, CITY OF GILROY, COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves: 1. On this date the City Council adopted its Resolution Initiating Proceedings for the formation of Maintenance District No.2, City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, California and directed the preparation and filing of an Engineer's Report on the proposed formation. 2. The Engineer for the proceedings has filed an Engineer's Report with the City Clerk. 3, All of the owners of all of the land within the boundaries of the proposed assessment district have filed their consent to the formation of the proposed district without notice of hearing, and to the adoption of the Engineer's Report, the Method of Apportionment/Basis of Assessments, and the levy of assessments stated therein, 4. The City Council hereby orders the improvements and the formation of the assessment district described in the Resolution Initiating Proceedings and in the Engineer's Report, 5. The City Council hereby confirms the diagram and assessment contained in the Engineer's Report, and levies the assessment for the fiscal year 1995-96. * * * I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of February, 1995, by the following vote of the members thereof: AYES, and in favor, thereof, Councilmembers: GILROY, KLOECKER, }'ORALES, ROGERS, ROWLISON, VALDEZ and GAGE.
