RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 25
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING 1995 SALARY
SCHEDULES FOR GILROY FIREFIGHTERS LOCAL 2805.
WHEREAS, the City Council does establish salaries for city officers and
employees by resolution; and
WHEREAS, A Memorandum of Understanding currently has been negotiated
between the City and the bargaining units for FIRE LOCAL 2805 at a salary increase
of Three percent, retroactive to July 1, 1994; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salaries for 1994-95 for the
Gilroy Firefighters' Association personnel as set forth in the attached schedule
consisting of one (1) page, is hereby approved and established and effective on
July 1, 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, KLOECKER, MORALES, ROGERS, ROWLI SON ,
VALDEZ and GAGE.
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
