Resolution 1995-65 , 'r '"' . . . , i RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 65 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING A THREE-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF ROGERS LANE AND HADLEY COURT. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has studied traffic conditions at the intersection of Rogers Lane and Hadley Court, and determined that traffic flow and f" accident history warrants the installation of a three-way stop westbound on Rogers , [, i< '" Lane at the intersection with Hadley Court and eastbound on Hadley Court at the intersection with Rogers Lane; and WHEREAS, under Section 15.50 of the Gilroy City Code, the City Administrator is required to cause stop signs to be erected and maintained at any entrance to an intersection designated for a required stop by resolution of the City COuncil. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Community Development is hereby directed to install stop signs on westbound Rogers Lane at the intersection with Hadley Court and on eastbound Hadley COurt at the intersection with Rogers Lane.
