Resolution 1982-109 (GIDA/City) 0586C-439a . ~MAM:GAL:krnf 09/02/82 RESOLUTION NO. 82-109 A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PROJECT FOR GILROY VENTURE INVESTORS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, that WHEREAS, a copy of an Application by GILROY VENTURE INVESTORS, accepted by the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy, certified by the Secretary of said Authority, has been filed with the City Clerk by said Authority, together with a certified copy of the Authority's Resolution of Determination and of Intention to Undertake Project for GILROY VENTURE INVESTORS and to Issue Bonds Therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that ~he Project, including the issuance of bonds therefor, as described in said Application and Resolution, together with any changes that may be required by the state office or that are otherwise satisfactory to the Authority and in conformity with the Bond Law, is hereby unconditionally approved. The City Clerk shall certify such approval to the Authority by filing with the Secretary thereof a certified copy of this resolution. * * * * * I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of September, 1982, by the following vote of the members thereof: AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: ALBERT, GAGE, HUGHAN, LINK, TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH. THAT THIS COUNCIL SHALL BE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GILROY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, that WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 82-4, An Ordinance Declaring Need for the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy and that such Authority shall Function, adopted by this Council on February 1, 1982, and the California Industrial Development Financing Act, Title 10 (commencing with Section 91500), Government Code (the BActR), the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy (the -Authority.) has been declared organized and functioning and authorized to transact business and exercise all of the powers and other authority conferred upon industrial development authorities by such Act; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows: 1. Board of Directors. This Council is declared to be, ex-officio, the board of directors of the Authority. 2. Previous Organization.
