Resolution 1982-37 (GIDA/City) 9l13A-j70a . .:GAL:kmb "- 03/05/82" RESOLUTION NO. 82-37 A RESOLUTION OF ESTABLISHMENT OF POLICIES FOR THE ACCEPTABILITY OF APPLICATIONS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GILROY RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy, California, that WHEREAS, this Authority is authorized to establish reasonable priorities and criteria for the acceptance by this Authority of applications of companies for financing authorized by the California Industrial Development Financing Act; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the following policies shall govern the acceptability of applications of companies for financing and the further processing of such applications: 1. Companies shall undertake to pay an application fee to the Authority, which application fee is hereby established at such amount as shall be sufficient to pay administration expenses of the Authority incurred prior to the preliminary undertaking of a project by the Authority as and when such expenses become payable, the aggregate amount of which shall not exceed the limitations established by the California Industrial Development Financing Act. 2. The companies and projects shall meet such other reasonable priorities and criteria as this Board may establish at the time of consideration of an application. * * * * * .. RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 37 . . I HEREBY CERTIFY the foregoing resolution was introduced at a meeting of the Industrial Development Authority of the city of Gilroy held on- March 15 , 1982, by Director Valdez who moved its adoption and passage, which motion was carried after being duly seconded, and passed by the following vote: .
