Resolution 1982-1 (GIDA)0200C-414a ~M:GAL:kmf 07/12/82 RESOLUTION NO. 82-1 A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION OF GILROY VENTURE INVESTORS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GILROY RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development' Authority of the City of Gilroy, California, that WHEREAS, an application for financing, dated June 7, 1982 (the "Application"), has been received on behalf of Gilroy Venture Investors, and is on file in the office of the Secretary; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows: 1. The Application is in accord with the priorities and criteria established by Resolution of Establishment of Policies Relating to Applications and Fees previously adopted by this Board. 2. The Application is accepted for further processing. I HEREBY CERTIFY the foregoing resolution was introduced at a meeting of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Gilroy held on July 19, 1982, by Director Link who moved its adoption and passage, Which motion was carried after being duly seconded, and passed by the following vote: AYES: Directors ALBERT, GAGE, HUGHAN, LINK, TAYLOR, VALDEZ and GOODRICH.
