Src, 3. Any person violating the
provisions of Section 2, of this Or-
dinance shall, upon conviction upon
the Recorder or any Justice -of the
Peace having his office within the
corporate limits of the town of Gil-
roy, be fined in the sum not less than
ten or more than one hundred dol-
lars, and shall be imprisoned nutil
the fine is paid, or at the rUe of one
day for every two dollars of the tine.
