The- Inbabitants ofthe Town of Gilroy, by
the board of Trustees of -said Town, do
ordain as follows:
.SECTION 1. That alf . side*allza om
the streets,, im the Town of G4ilroy,
i which run parallel. with Montetey Street
shall be fourteen feet wide from curb to
building, or to fence; and all sidewalks on
streets running $nst and West in said
town shall be twelve feet wide from curb
to building or to fence,
SECTION 2. That all ordinances on
sidewalks,-or parts of ordinances contrary
twthiaaetronsidvwalke, are hereby re-
jodal�dj.
