City of Gilroy, do ordain as follows:
Sectain 1. Sections Six, Twenty,
Twenty -three and Twenty- seven, of Ordi-
nance Number 40. tntitled "An Ordi-

within the corporate limits of the City of
Gilroy," passed the 30th day of June 1870
