Ordinance 1990-17 ORDINANCE NO. 90- 17 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY BY REZONING 9990 SQUARE FEET AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FIFTH AND EIGLEBERRY STREETS FROM C1-HS (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL-HISTORIC SITE) DISTRICT TO C1-HN (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL-HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD) DISTRICT WHEREAS, application Z 90-7 has heretofore been made by the CITY OF GILROY to the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy for the rezoning of the premises hereinafter described from C1-HS to C1-HN District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy has given due notice of a public hearing upon the said application, in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy, has held the hearing under the California Environmental Quality Act, and has made its report to the Council of the City of Gilroy, in which it recommends that the hereinafter described premises be rezoned from C1-HS Site) to C1-HN (Neighborhood District,; and (Neighborhood Conm~ercial-Historic Commercial-Historic Neighborhood) WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Gilroy has fixed the 16th day of July 1990, at the hour of 7 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, as the time and place for hearing the said report and recommendation upon the said application, and notice of the said ORDINANCE NO. 90-17 1 hearing has Ordinance, application, application, Categories been and a public hearing has now been held upon the and the Council having duly considered the and the evidence presented, has approved Exemption under the California Environmental given in accordance with the said Zoning said said the Quality Act, and has determined that the said Zoning Ordinance should be California Environmental Quality Act, and has determined that the said Zoning Ordinance should be amended in accordance with the report of the said Planning Commission.
