The Mayor and Common Council of the City
of Gilroy do ordain!!
Bee, 1. Section 3 of said ordinance is hereby
amended so as to Tend as follows:
Sec. 3. The Policeman shall receive a salary
of Seventy Dollars per mouth, and the same fee
to be,coll4ete4ju the same manner for every ar-
rest wade by him for violation of a city ordi-
dinanoe as is allowed to the City Marshal by
Section 2 of this ordinance.
