The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of Feb.2nd
1920, was called to order by His Honor Mayor H. E. Robinson.
Present Councilmen Thomas, Martin, Schemel, Princevalle, Fredrickson.
Absent Councilman Crow.
It was that t.is meeting was called to discuss details of

The Mayor presented a copy of a letter addressed to the Coast
Counties Gas and Electric Co. suggesting that said Company institute
against the City of Gilroy a friendly suit to determine certain parts
of the Lease.
Motion by Princevalle, seconded by Schemel and carried that
said Communication be sent to Mr. S. Waldo Coleman, President of the

Coast Counties Gas and Electric Co.
Radtke be granted permission to sink fuel oil tank near tenement house
on Fifth street.
Motion by Princevalle, seconded and carried:
That the Mar-
shal be instructed to hire two men to guard small pox quarantine at
house on Lewis Street at wages or $5.00 for eight hours for each man on
watch.
Motion by Martin, seconded and carried: That a warrant in tbe
amount of $20.00 be ordered drawn in favor of E.D. Bullard f'or gas MaSk,
The Mayor appointed Dr. C.C. Donahue on the Board of Health.
Motion by Princevalle, seconded by Schemel and carried: That
appointment or Dr. Donahue as made by the Mayor be hereby confirmed.
