Gilroy, Cal., May 18th, 1920.
The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of May 5th,
was called to order by His Honor Mayor H. E. Robinson.
Present Councilmen Thomas, Crow, Martin, Schemel, Fredrickson;
Absent Councilman Princevalle.
Matter of extension of water service and sewer connection to the
land on Monterey Road purchased from Miller & IlllX for a Dehydrating
Plant discussed.
Motion by Crow, seconded and carried: That we extend a four-inch
water main to the City Limits South on Monterey Road, with the provis-
ion that the Company give a bond in the amount of $500. as a guaran-
tee that it will use $150, of water per year at meter rates for a per-
iod of five years.
Motion by Thomas, seconded and carried:
That the Dehydrating
Plant be allowed privilege of connecting w.th our sewer provided they
install their own sewer and maintain same und~r our supervision, and
the City Attorney is hereby instructed to draw contract stating that
nothing injurious to our septic tank will be allowecl to enter the
sewer.
