Gilroy, Cal., August 17th, 1920.
The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council was
called to order by His Honor Mayor Jas. Princevalle.
Present, Councilmen Brown, Chesbro, Lester, Radtke, Schemel;
Absent, Councilmen Martin.
Communication f"rom the owners of" the Shepherd Estate
through their Attorney was presented and the same was referred
to the Sewer Committee to make investigation.
This being the advertised date for the initial meeting
of the Board of" Equalization by motion of Brown, seconded by
Radtke and carried, it was ordered: That we adjourn as a
Common Council and re-convene as a Board of Equalization to
consider any and all complaints on assessments.
No complaints were made at
