The regular adjourned meeting of the Conmlon Council of'
.May 2nd was called to order by His Honor Mayor Jas. Prince-
valle.
Present Councilmen Chas. H. Pierce, E. ~lartin Johnson, C.
E. Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Elmer J. Chesbro; Absent
Counci1man Gerald Hecker.
The Clerk read the permit granted by the state Board of'
Health f'or the sewage 4isposal plant and by motion of' Jollllson
seconded by ChesbrC\ it was ordered accepted and placed on
:rile.
Vote, Ayes, Cot.Ulcilmen Chas. H. Pierce, E. Martin
Johnson, C. E. Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Elmer J. Chesbro;
Noes, Councilmen, None; Absent Councilman Gerald Hecker.
A. Rianda presented request to purchase right of way for
road across the seqage disposal f'arm.
Motion by Chesbro, seconded by Johnson and carried: That
