Princevalle. , Present Councilmen Chas. H. Pierce, E. Martin Jobnson, C. - E, Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Gerald Hecker, Elmer J. Ches- brOj Absent, Councilmen, None. Bill of James Currie in the amount of $ 6991.25, for final payment on oontraot for sewage disposal plant, less $ 67.50 account of filed claim of Wm. Radtke was presented. Motion by E. Mart~n Johnson, seconded by Elmer J. Chesbro and carried that bill of James Currie be allowed ans warrant ordered drawn. other bills presented as follows: Kimberlin Seed Company, $ 165.00, Oakland Sewer Con. Martin Johnson were ordered plaoed on file. Motion by Pierce seconded by Johnson and carried: That matter' of extending water service to baseball park be refered to the Water Committee. Motion by Chesbrol seconded by Johnson and carried that a warrant in the amount of $ 62.00 be ordered drawn in favor of George Gordon, o~ the state Dept. of Agriculture, for the city's portion of meat inspection expense. Motion by Fredrickson seconded by Johnson and carried: That we advertise ~or bids for furnishing a Ford Roadster, said bids to be opened on April 4th. Those persons present desiring so to do were given the op- portunity to speak and protest against the proposed paving of certain streets and the installation of a storm sewer. Several written protests were presented but the only ones riled at the proper hour were those of Walter G. and John P. Fitzgerald which were submitted to the street Committee Motion by E. Martin Johnson seconded by Elmer J. Chesbro and carried: ,That the Council adjourn until Thursday, Mar. 22nd at 8:00 p.m. to meet at the regular meeting place, viz: the City Hall. City Clerk. ,
