The regular monthly meeting of the Common Counoil w~s called
to order by His Honor Mayor S.D. Heck, all members of the
Council being present.
Thp minutes of meeting of December 7th 1936 were read

and approved.
Motion by Wilkinson, seconded by Heiner that bid of
~vis Chevrolet for new pick-up for $509. 35 be accepted.
Motion by Milias seconded by \lilkinson that taxes for
1936-37 against H. F. Bassett #58 ( now ovmed by C.M. Stay)
be cancelled.
Motion by Wilkinson seconded by Milias that Leon Thomas
be appointed Police Judge for t he year 1937.
Motion by Milias seconded by Wilkinson that Officers
reports be accepted and placed on file.
Motion by Milias seconded by Mason that we divide the
Gasoline contract between the various Companies viz 650 gals
for each Company.
Motion by Rush seconded by Heiner that the Dog catcher
be discontinued for the time being.
