I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pinheiro called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m.

Public Comment was opened.
Joseph Deras of the Police Officers Association spoke on the proposal from the POA
stating that he believed it was ratification by the membership. He then stated that there
were mischaracterizations in the press stating that the POA was attempting to be
equitable with the City.
There being no other public comment, the Council then adjourned to Closed Session.
