Winn and Joseph 1. Annotti, as the landowners, and the County of Santa Clara, pursuant to the California Land Conservation Act of 1965 (the "Williamson Act"), The contract was recorded against real property located within the County of Santa Clara, City of Gilroy, California, having APN 835-05-006 and further described in Exhibit "A" hereto ("the Property"), on February 25, 1975 in book 293, pages 1-12 of the Official Records of Santa Clara County 2, The City Council of the City of Gilroy granted tentative approval of cancellation of the Contract on November 6, 2006, as set forth in Resolution No, 2006-72, 3, A certificate of cancellation of the Contract will be issued and recorded against the Property upon the full satisfaction of the following conditions and contingencies: 1.
