I, Larry James, Chief Building Official of the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, hereby certify that I have examined official
City records and have determined that the building(s) located on
the property described below is/are within the scope of Ordinance
No. 89-20 - Seismic Hazard Identification Program for Unreinforced
Masonry Buildings, and is/are potentially hazardous. The owner(s)
has/have been notified by mail to have the building(s) structurally
analyzed and to submit an engineering report to the City within the
timeframe specified in the Ordinance. Additional information may
be obtained by contacting the Building Division.

feet and part of said line running through the center of a partition wall now on said described premises; thence Southerly and parallel
