I, Larry James, Chief Bui lding Off icial of the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, hereby certify that I have examined official
City records and have determined that the building(s) located on
the property described below is/are within the scope of Ordinance
No. 89-20 - Seismic Hazard Identification Program for Unreinforced
Masonry Buildings, and is/are potentially hazardous. The owner(s)
has/have been notified by mail to have the building(s) structurally
analyzed and to submit an engineering report to the City within the
timeframe specified in the Ordinance. Additional information may
be obtained by contacting the Building Division.

5 accompanying Report of the Commissioners in Henry Miller, et ai, Plaintiffs vs. Massey Thomas, et ai, Defendants, in the Superior
Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara, Case Number 5536", being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Southwesterly line of Monterey Street, distant thereon 282.40 feet Southeasterly from the point of
intersection of said line with the Southeasterly line of Fourth Street, as said Streets are shown upon the Map above referred to; thence
in a Southeasterly direction along the Southwesterly line of Monterey Street 67.50 feet to the most Northerly corner of the parcel of
land described in that certain Decree of Partial Distribution entered on June 2, 1948 in the Matter of the Estate of Herbert E.
Robinson, alias, Deceased, Probate Case No. 32438, a certified copy of which was recorded on June 3, 1948 in Book 1624 Official
Records, page 359; thence at right angles Southwesterly and along the Northwesterly line of said last named parcel, 142 feet to the
Northeasterly line of an alley; thence in a Northwesterly direction along said last named line 67.50 feet; thence Northeasterly and
parallel with said line of Fourth Street 142 feet to the point of beginning.

Report of the Commissioners in Henry Miller, et ai, Plaintiffs vs. Massey Thomas, et ai, Defendants, in the Superior Court of the
State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara, Case Number 5536", being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly line of Monterey Street distant thereon 200.10 feet Northwesterly from the point of
intersection of said Southwesterly line of Monterey Street with the Northwesterly line of Fifth Street, said point of beginning also being
distant along said Southwesterly line of Monterey Street 349.90 feet Southeasterly from the point of intersection thereof with the
Southeasterly line of Fourth Street; thence from said point of beginning Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of Monterey Street
32 feet to the point of intersection thereof with the line dividing lots 7 and 8 in Block 2 North, Range 1 West, as shown upon the Map

52.42 feet, more or less, to a point on a line drawn from the point of beginning at right angles with said Southwesterly line of
Monterey Street; thence Northeasterly along said line drawn at right angles with said Southwesterly line of Monterey Street, 142 feet
to the point of beginning.
