I, Larry James, Chief Building Official of the City of Gilroy,
County of Santa Clara, hereby certify that I have examined official
City records and have determined that the building(s) located on
the property described below is/are within the scope of Ordinance
No. 89-20 - Seismic Hazard Identification Program for Unreinforced
Masonry Buildings, and is/are potentially hazardous. The owner(s)
has/have been notified by mail to have the building(s) structurally
analyzed and to submit an engineering report to the city within the
timeframe specified in the Ordinance. Additional information may
be obtained by contacting the Building Division.

COMMENCING at a point on the Easterly line of Monterey Street distant thereon 150.39 feet Southerly from the intersection of the
Easterly line of Monterey Street with the Southerly line of Lewis Street said point of commencement being the Southwest corner of
that parcel of land conveyed by William Radtke and wife to Joseph Chaloupka, by Deed dated October 5, 1928, and recorded
October 10, 1928 in Volume 423 of Official Records, page 569, Santa Clara County Records; thence Southerly along the Easterly
line of Monterey Street, 29.75 feet to the corner of that parcel of land conveyed by William Radtke and wife to Angelo Mainero and
Louis Mainero, by Deed dated August 23, 1930 and recorded September 2, 1930 in Volume 530 of Official Records, Page 373,
records of said County; thence running Easterly along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to Angelo Mainero and Louis Mainero,
193 feet more or less, to the Westerly line of an alley distant thereon 2.27 feet Northerly from the line dividing Lots 2 and 3 in Block
2 North, Range 1 East, as shown upon the Map hereinabove referred to; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said alley, 29.62
feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of land so conveyed to Joseph Chaloupka; thence Westerly along the Southerly line
thereof 193 feet to the Easterly line of Monterey Street and point of commencement.
