I, Larry James, Chief Building Official of the city of Gilroy,
county of Santa Clara, hereby certify that I have examined official
City records and have determined that the building(s) located on
the property described below is/are within the scope of Ordinance
No. 89-20 - Seismic Hazard Identification Program for Unreinforced
Masonry Buildings, and is/are potentially hazardous. The owner(s)
has/have been notified by mail to have the building(s) structurally
analyzed and to submit an engineering report to the City within the
timeframe specified in the Ordinance. Additional information may
be obtained by contacting the Building Division.

upon the Map above referred to; running thence Northwesterly along the said Southwesterly line of Monterey Street 21.10 feet to
the Easternmost corner of that certain parcel of land described in the Deed from H. R. Chesbro, et ai, to David Thornton dated March
29,1920 and recorded April 2, 1920 in Book 508 of Deeds, at page 409, Santa Clara County Records; running thence Southwesterly
along the Southeasterly line of land so described in the Deed to said Thornton, 140.00 feet to the intersection thereof with the
Northwesterly prolongation of the dividing line between Lots 14 and 15 in said Block 2; running thence Southeasterly along said last
mentioned prolongation and along the dividing line between said Lots 14 and 15; a distance of 14.50 feet to a point distant thereon
57.00 feet Northwesterly from the said Northwesterly line of Fifth Street running thence Northeasterly and parallel with the said
Southeasterly line of the land as described in the Deed to said Thornton, 40.00 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of Lot 13 in
said Block 2 distant 56.70 feet Northwesterly from the said Northwesterly line of Fifth Street; running thence Southeasterly along the
said Northeasterly line of Lot 13, a distance of 8.00 feet to the said dividing line between Lots 11 and 12; running thence
Northeasterly along said last named line 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
